The Alta Standard: A Closer Look at Included Features

The Alta Standard brings the details of an Alta home into focus: the finishes you see, the features you use, and the information you need before choosing a home.

Begin with the included-features sheet
The Alta Standard page introduces the features offered in our homes. The community’s included-features sheet and the specifications for your particular home provide the detail needed to compare.
Ask which appliances, finishes, garage features, and outdoor improvements are included. Confirm any options or upgrades in writing. A photograph of a model home can help you understand the space, but the selections shown may differ from the home you buy.
Look closely at everyday spaces
During a tour, open cabinets, check storage, and walk through the kitchen with more than one person. Notice the placement of outlets, doors, and furniture. These details are easier to judge in person than from a list of finishes.
Compare the floor plans and homes offered in each community. A plan with more square footage is not automatically a better fit; room arrangement and circulation matter too.
Know what happens after the tour
The Alta team can explain a home’s current stage, available selections, and the next steps in the buying process. Ask how you will receive updates and who to contact with questions about your home.
Before closing, review the walkthrough process, product manuals, and warranty information. Keep the final home specifications with your purchase documents.
Check current terms
Ask your Home Advisor for any applicable promotion, eligibility requirements, and written terms for the home you are considering. A feature sheet, sales conversation, and purchase agreement each serve a different purpose; review the final specifications and agreement before signing.
