Why does Montgomery County continue to outperform much of the country, even in a higher interest rate environment? After years of evaluating land, communities, and housing demand throughout Montgomery County, I've found that the answer has less to do with housing and more to do with jobs, infrastructure, schools, transportation, and economic opportunity.
